About Me
Tansu Baktıran
I'm a consultant and developer with a strong background in human resources, organizational development, and business training — now focused on data-driven solutions and lean digital tools for SMEs. Over the years, I've designed and delivered corporate trainings, led recruitment processes, and managed various organizational development and process improvement projects for different companies in Turkey and abroad.
Alongside my consulting work, I’ve specialized in building web-based tools using Python (Flask), Pandas, and Bokeh — especially for internal dashboards, process monitoring, and training evaluation. My goal is to bridge the gap between complex data and everyday decisions through clean design, automation, and meaningful analytics.
Currently, I’m pursuing a PhD in Social Sciences at the University of Antwerp. My research focuses on developing a longitudinal method to evaluate business training effectiveness using the Experience Sampling Method (ESM), mobile surveys, and large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. This work allows me to combine field research, AI, and digital survey design to improve how training impact is measured over time.
I hold degrees from Boğaziçi University (International Trade), Marmara University (MA in Human Resources Management and Development), and KU Leuven (MA in Social Policy Analysis – IMPALLA). My approach combines technical skill with organizational insight, aiming to create practical tools that are not only functional, but also aligned with real business needs.

Practical solutions for small and mid-sized businesses — from data-driven insights to lightweight digital tools.
